L'appartement est très agréable, très propre et confortable. Il est proche du métro et de bus, de restos. Les concierges sont au top : conseils, indications et aides. Le seul petit point un peu négatif, c'est que même si le canapé du salon est très confortable, le bruit de la rue malgré les menuiseries récentes est assez marqué.
