Located in a 19th-century stone house completely renovated, our apartment is situated in the city centre, just 7 minutes walking from the Trindade metro, the main station.
Excellent Internet Connection: Recommended for Digital Nomads and Smartworkers, for long-stays too.

THE SPACE
The apartment has a beautiful 70m² garden perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation and privacy in the city centre. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed and a multifunctional table for working or enjoying a good meal. A fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden is also at your disposal, which is shared with 1 studio in the same building.
To reach this apartment, it will be necessary to use the stairs, as there is no lift.

The house is equipped with:
Refrigerator, freezer, crockery, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and hairdryer.

From 15 April 2026 to 15 April 2028, there will be renovation and refurbishment works in the house next door on the right. This could cause problems and noise during the week. If you wish to cancel, this is possible when making the booking.
