The villa has been designed to offer spacious, bright spaces and absolute comfort. With a generous surface area and functional layout, it can comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends.
- Living Area: A monumental lounge, flooded with natural light thanks to four large glass doors that create perfect continuity between interior and exterior.
Sleeping Area (3 Bedrooms):
- Master Suite: Bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom and dedicated balcony overlooking the surrounding area.
- Bedroom 2: Comfortable bedroom with double bed.
- Bedroom 3: Bedroom with single bed, ideal for a guest or child.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for those who love cooking even on holiday.
THE GARDEN AND RELAXATION
The true heart of the home is the outdoor space:
- A spacious grassy garden surrounded by ivy and trees, perfect for moments of peace.
- Hot Tub (Jacuzzi): For relaxing under the stars (note: closed during the winter period from 21 December to 20 March).
- View: From the west side of the house you can enjoy an enchanting and relaxing view of the private garden.
